New project under construction

Finestrat Paradise Resort is an exclusive residential complex with 66 apartments distributed in 6 blocks and 14 villas, located in a privileged area of Finestrat. Just a few minutes from the magnificent beaches of Benidorm and surrounded by shopping centers, luxury hotels, golf courses, and a wide range of leisure activities, this resort is ideal for those looking for a comfortable and high-quality life.

Committed to sustainability, Finestrat Paradise Resort is distinguished by its energy-efficient properties (‘A’ rated) and eco-friendly measures that not only benefit the environment but also considerably reduce household expenses. The resort has a self-consumption system of up to 35 KWh located above the gymnasium to power the communal areas. Each apartment block has solar panels of between 3 and 6 KWh for communal areas, and the properties with private solarium have 3 solar panels exclusively for the self-consumption of each home.

The apartments come with 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with large sea-facing terraces extending from the living room, giving a feeling of spaciousness and freedom to enjoy the outdoors and the Mediterranean climate. Each block has 3 levels: the ground floors have large private gardens of between 50 m² and 273 m² with direct access to the swimming pool and communal areas, while the properties on the first floor have spacious terraces, and the penthouses have private terraces and solariums with spectacular views of the sea and the iconic Benidorm skyline.

All the properties at Finestrat Paradise Resort are built with high quality materials:

• Kitchens: Avant-garde design and high-end materials combining comfort, luxury and modernity, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a washing machine discreetly located in the gallery.
• Bathrooms: Fitted with white porcelain sanitary ware and top-quality chrome taps, wall-hung toilets and showers with non-slip resin shower trays, as well as matt finish furniture, mirror and LED lighting.

The complex offers extensive resort-style communal areas, designed for relaxation and enjoyment of the natural surroundings:

• Landscaped garden areas: Mediterranean landscaping at its finest with a selection of plants, high quality artificial grass, decorative gravels and automated irrigation system.
• Communal areas and swimming pools: Extensive facilities including children’s play area, recreational pool, 25-metre semi-Olympic pool, paddle tennis court, outdoor and indoor gymnasium, petanque court, coworking room and multi-purpose room.
• Relaxation areas: Spaces dedicated to tranquillity and rest.
• Parking spaces and storage rooms: The 3-bedroom properties on the ground floor and penthouse have 2 parking spaces and 2 storage rooms; the 2-bedroom properties and the 3-bedroom properties on the first floor have 1 parking space and 1 storage room. Bicycle parking is also available.

We are starting the marketing of the first block of 9 properties: 6 3-bedroom properties (located on the corners) and 3 2-bedroom properties, all facing east, towards the Benidorm skyline. This block will be ready in the summer of 2026.
