Luxurious large villa with seaviews

Completion July 2023

Situated in the Sierra Cortina Resort, a luxury residential urbanization in which you can enjoy a wide range of leisure activities and a perfect place to relax. With an unbeatable location between the sea and the mountains and surrounded by pine forest, these villas enjoy magnificent views of the Mediterranean coast. Close to the beaches of Benidorm and Vila Joyosa, Terra Mitica, numerous five-star hotels, international schools, shopping centers with cinemas, restaurants, and every type of shop.

The complex’s position provides impressive sea views that can be enjoyed from each villa, uninterrupted by the rooftops of other houses. This is made possible by the elevated position of the plots- roughly seven meters above the level of the street, which places the complex above all the houses in front.
